Watermelon is good for a hot day~

This morning I actually woke up early-ish (because my phone's vibrate is really loud), and I was txting for a bit, but then I decided to go back to sleep, which resulted in me waking up late again XD. So like yesterday, I had skipped the first half of the lesson. At quarter to 12 (break is at 12), I saw these two students coming out of the classroom going "omg that lecture was so boring". Then when I snuck in during the 10 minute break, I had noticed they hadn't even gone through the whole first half yet (which is a whole lecture in the course guide), whereas I went through the whole lecture by myself in half an hour while sitting outside. Shows how useful these lectures are huh? Half way through I decided to take a catnap and woke up at the end of the lesson. That was like the best nap I've had in a lecture yet! I felt so refreshed after :D

I actually did a surprising amount of work today :o. Did most of my assignment except the last question, and the all the Matlab work. Spent about two hours in the computer lab because I was confused about what to write on the sheet (as we had not gone through the commands for that topic yet) and the tutors were NOT helpful at all (granted they weren't maths tutors, but still). In the end I managed to figure out what was wrong. Turns out they typed the wrong symbol on the sheet which caused me to get the wrong answer =_=. 好在我同maths有緣，如果唔係就永遠都做唔完la~ 

I DID feel a strange amount of pride when I finished most of my work though, it's not a feeling I get everyday. Goes to show how much I can actually accomplish when I actually do something productive with my free time :)

(But just accidentally came across my test result, so am slightly depressed now...)

What I learnt today: Learnt (by MYSELF because there was a typo on the sheet ~.~) that the matlab function for double differentiation is diff(f^2), for a certain function f (NOT diff(f,2) like they printed on the sheet, holding a slight grudge haha)
