別の日だけ (Just another day)

Auckland anniversary day today. But it doesn't feel much like a holiday, more like a weekend day (because both mum and dad are home and I just do what I do every other weekend day haha). Still not getting enough sleep though > .< head kinda hurts. I really should sleep earlier... (believe me you will hear this many more times as I continue blogging haha...) Although the most joyous news that I've heard today was when my manager called me to say I didn't have to work today XD (they weren't gonna pay me time and a half anyways, so I didn't want work. But they couldn't find a replacement for me until this afternoon.) So I continued on happily with my Digimon~ :3. I'm up to episode 35 now :D.

I guess karma sometimes really DOES work in my favour huh?

Went out to dinner with my parents (again), down at the food court below The Strand. We had this large bowl of Tempura Udon, it was quite nice :o like the tempura fish was quite good, will definitely try again :D. And BBQ beef with rice, was too salty.

What I learnt today: That いらっしゃいます/いらっしゃいませ is the honorific form of "to be" and that shop owners saying it to you when you come in has a meaning somewhat like "Honour us by coming into our humble establishment"
